The firm provides legal advice in tax and business law and private banking advice. As well as tax advising and litigation, the firm provides the negotiation and the drafting of business agreements and the main operations of company law (choice of structures, drafting of articles of associations, general meetings, increase and decrease of share capital, share purchase agreements, representation and warranty agreements, shareholders agreements, lease agreements, etc.…) which are always studied from tax and legal aspects to provide optimal solutions for its clients. The firm defends its clients in any jurisdiction and in order to provide an optimal quality of services, the firm doesn’t hesitate to work with other specialised fellow members or other independent professionals (accountants, trademark advice, private banking advice) with respect of confidentiality (after client’s agreement) for specific matters which exceed its field of skills. |
